Waterfooled! Yes, the PM commmunity is in a strangely defensive position when they need to claim such a term to describe project delivery methodology.
The customers I have had the honor to work with across industries, have strived to have high end cutsomer involvement, improve concurrency, iterativeness, team integration, deliverable orientation, focus on product outcome an customer value delivery in their Project Management Practices. To me, that is not ”Waterfall”. That is Agile or Integrated Product Delivery or one or another term that has pased under the sun and the moons…
So do not accept to be Waterfooled.
